Was your vehicle built for the European market?
A European certificate only exists for a vehicle built for the European market.
If yours comes from the North American, Japanese, Korean, Chinese or Gulf market, Fiat cannot issue it.
Your payment is only reserved: nothing is charged before we have checked that the certificate can be issued. If it cannot, the reservation is cancelled and you pay nothing.
Attach a photo of the manufacturer's plate further down: a vehicle type-approved for Europe shows its European approval number there, an "e" followed by a digit (for example e1*2007/46*...).
If no certificate exists for your vehicle, other documents may allow it to be registered depending on the country: the manufacturer's certificate of origin, a technical file for an individual approval.
